Elon Musk fired most of a team at X (Twitter) that supposedly maintained ‘election integrity,’ saying they were actually doing the opposite. Responding to an X News Daily post that the head of the team was fired, Musk commented, “Oh you mean the ‘Election Integrity’ Team that was undermining election integrity? Yeah, they’re gone.” In spite of this, X said it “plans to hire more staff in this area ahead of major international elections in 2024.” It seems Musk believes the team was promoting the opposite of integrity at X.
