The Department of Defense is launching a new website to provide information about all declassified records on UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects), also called UAPs (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena)—the official U.S. government term. Pentagon spokesman Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder said the website will be a “one-stop shop” for all publicly-available information related to the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and UAP. According to a Pentagon press release, the website “will provide information, including photos and videos, on resolved UAP cases as they are declassified and approved for public release.” This comes amid increasing pressure on Congress for greater transparency from the government on UAPs.
