Wagner CEO Yevgeny Prigozhin was listed as a passenger on a private jet which crashed north of Moscow on Wednesday. The report from the TASS news agency said that Russia’s aviation authority Rosaviatsia issued a statement on the crash. The statement read, “An investigation has been launched into the Embraer plane crash that occurred tonight in the Tver region. According to the passenger list, among them is the name and surname of Yevgeny Prigozhin.” TASS had earlier reported that there had been a crash in Russia’s Tver region north of Moscow as the jet flew from Moscow to St. Petersburg and that none of the seven passengers or three crew had survived.
