Hunter CC’ed on VP Biden’s Emails Sent Under Pseudonyms; Comer Demands Docs from NARA

On Thursday House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) demanded all documents and communications in which then-VP Joe Biden used pseudonyms be handed over by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).  The pseudonyms used were “Robert Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware,” during which his official duties as vice president overlapped with Hunter’s activities in Ukraine.  In one email already seen by Comer in which Hunter was cc’ed, there is an attachment of the vice president’s schedule that indicates a phone call with then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, sent to “Robert L. Peters.” Comer said, “Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as Vice President, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling.”  NARA has until August 31, 2023, to respond with the material.
