On Wednesday during his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, FBI Director Christopher Wray insisted that the bureau is “absolutely not” protecting the Biden family, denying any alleged politicization within the agency amid the Hunter Biden probe.  Wray also refused to answer questions on whether President Biden is under federal investigation for an alleged bribery scheme, saying, “I’m not going to confirm or speak to who is or isn’t under investigation for what.” Despite Wray’s denials, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Judiciary Committee Chairman, vowed his commitment to stop the “weaponization of the government against the American people” and denounced the “double standard that exists now in our justice system.”
