On Wednesday information from a whistleblower emerged that the Department of Justice and the FBI “possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.†After receiving the tip, the House Oversight Committee issued a subpoena for an FBI file containing the form that may provide proof of wrongdoing by Joe Biden directly, rather than an indirect implication through Hunter’s crimes. As The Post understands it, the alleged corruption involves not only China but another country. The document subpoenaed must be presented at a meeting on May 10. The new whistleblower tip “raises concerns that then-Vice President Biden allegedly engaged in a bribery scheme with a foreign national,” said Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY).
