Trump Sounds Off From Mar-a-lago After Arraignment in NYC

Objectivity 4.7 | Credibility 4.8 | Relevance 4.9

Tuesday night from Mar-a-lago former President Donald Trump criticized Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg just hours after the arraignment in New York City where Trump was indicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records.  Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges.  He underscored that Bragg “campaigned on the fact that he would get President Trump,” lamenting, “I never thought anything like this could happen in America.”  He continued, “the Democrats spied on my campaign–remember that they attacked me with an onslaught of fraudulent investigations Russia, Russia, Russia; Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine; impeachment hoax number one; impeachment hoax number two; the illegal and unconstitutional raid on Mar-a-Lago right here; the lying to the FISA court; the FBI and DOJ relentlessly pursuing Republicans; the uncontested judicial changes to election laws by not getting approvals from state legislatures.”
