Late Monday, Trump lawyer Joseph Tacopina announced his plans to file “a host of” motions to dismiss in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against the former president. Tacopina told Fox News’s Hannity, “There will be a host of motions we’re going to make, including … a motion to dismiss based on selective prosecution and prosecutorial misconduct.” He added that after the indictments are seen, Trump’s legal defense team is also considering other motions such as a venue change or statute of limitations considerations. The arraignment hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 4, at 2:15pm where it is expected that charges will be revealed.
