Chief Economist Projects Next 12-18 Months Will Be “Uncomfortable”

On Tuesday in an interview with CBS News, Mark Zandi, Moody’s Analytics Chief Economist, said “things are going to start to wobble and break and it’s going to feel uncomfortable” explaining that the banking industry failures are the inevitable result of the Federal Reserve rate hikes.  He added, because inflation is “still high, the next 12-18 months are going to be uncomfortable.”
