Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov blamed the U.S. for the incident over the Black Sea in which a U.S. drone was forced down.  Antonov claims the drone “deliberately and provocatively was moving towards Russian territory with transponders turned off.”  Antonov accused the U.S. of providing battlefield intelligence to Ukraine and claimed that the drone was crashed because of “sharp maneuvering.”  Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia-U.S. relations are “at their lowest point, in a very lamentable state” but that “at the same time, Russia has never refused constructive dialog, and is not refusing now.”
