On Tuesday a nonprofit organization, the New Georgia Project founded by Stacey Abrams, called for a “National Day of Action Against Police Terror.” Following Sunday’s attack by far-left extremists on the future site of a police training facility in Atlanta, dubbed “Cop City,” where 23 people were arrested for domestic terrorism, Abrams’ nonprofit group announced the event. New Georgia Project tweeted, “This Thursday, March 9th at 6 pm ET, NGPAF activists and partners will be in Atlanta marching to #StopCopCity as part of the National Day of Action Against Police Terror.†The accompanying flyer stated, “Demand justice for Tyre Nichols and Tortuguita.†The New Georgia Project has faced allegations of financial discrepancies as reported by Fox News and the Washington Examiner.
