Panama’s Supreme Court decided against homosexual marriage saying that it is not a human right. The case started with same-sex couples who were married in other countries and wanted recognition from Panama’s government. However, the court ruled that “no matter how many changes happen in reality,” same-sex marriage “lacks conventional and constitutional recognition.”
