On Sunday newly released evidence from the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic shows that Dr. Anthony Fauci, former White House chief medical advisor, commissioned a paper to “disprove” the Wuhan lab leak theory.  The paper titled “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2” was published on February 17, 2020.  Then director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, Fauci directed reporters to the paper published in Nature Medicine by “a group of highly qualified evolutionary virologists.” Co-author of the paper Dr. Kristian Andersen wrote, “There has been a lot of speculation, fear-mongering, and conspiracies put forward in this space. [This paper was] prompted by … Tony Fauci, and Francis Collins.”
