AZ Supreme Court Grants Motion to Expedite Kari Lake’s Election Fraud Lawsuit

A new order by the Arizona Supreme Court granted the motion to expedite Kari Lake’s lawsuit challenging the election results of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial race.  The order states it anticipates an internal conference will be held on March 21 and “the Court will decide whether to accept review and schedule an oral argument.”  Additionally, Defendants were ordered to submit responses by March 13.  Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake took her case to the Arizona Supreme Court after it was dismissed by the state’s Court of Appeals.
