Former Republican candidate for Arizona governor Kari Lake, while attending the 2023 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), shared a startling revelation. “They came to my door and they tried to bribe me out of getting out of politics. This really happened,” Lake claimed.  She continued,  “A mom who runs for office and they’re afraid of me? They tried to bribe me with a job title, with a huge salary, a position on a board.” Lake ran for governor of Arizona in 2022 but lost to Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.  Lake claims she lost due to irregularities at 20% of the voting centers in Maricopa county and filed legal challenges. Lake is considering running for Arizona senate in 2024.
