Testimonies From Post-Asbury Rupp Arena Event

Objectivity 4.8 | Credibility 4.8 | Relevance 4.8

An extension of the Asbury revival, testimonies are emerging from the recent worship service held at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky, this past Sunday, organized by Christian evangelist Nick Hall.  Reports that thousands of people attended the nine-hour event and an estimated 50,000 people joined online as students from Asbury, Lee University and other colleges experiencing revival shared their testimonies. During the service, a man in a wheelchair for two years was healed and danced onstage. Two students who had had plans to commit suicide “radically encountered Jesus.”  Even a security worker for the event received salvation. Hall said, “This event is all about Jesus. I believe he’s drawing the nations to repentance, healing his Church so we can go out with his love before his return. He is coming soon.”
