Putin Delivers State of the Nation Speech Assessing the War One Year Later

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin delivered a state of the nation speech in Moscow giving as assessment of the war on Ukraine that started one year ago.  Putin remarked the direct influence of the United States in the war saying, “The responsibility is on the West and the Ukrainian elite and government, which does not serve the national interest, but of third countries [which] use Ukraine as a military base to fight Russia” as well as highlighting the West’s efforts to rescript Russia’s history and culture with the woke mob.  He concluded his speech highlighting the commitment to develop enterprises for annexed territory, and reminding the public that, Russia doesn’t “fight with the Ukrainian people. They became hostages of the Kyiv regime that occupied Ukraine both economically and politically…They are using their people, it’s sad but true.”
