The Carter Center reported that after a series of hospital visits, former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, 98-years-old, has decided to receive hospice care at his home.  The 39th U.S. President has “decided to spend his remaining time at home with his family and receive hospice care instead of additional medical intervention,” the Center stated.  Jason Carter, his grandson, posted a tweet referring to his grandparents saying that, “They are at peace and—as always—their home is full of love.”
