Former Twitter executives who stood before the House Oversight Committee hearing were given a stern warning that arrests were coming. The hearing was called to address Twitter’s censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story by the New York Post just ahead of the 2020 election. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) said, “You, ladies and gentlemen, interfered with the United States of America 2020 presidential election, knowingly and willingly. That’s the bad news, it’s gonna get worse because this is the investigation part. Later comes the arrest part…” He also accused the FBI or leveraging Twitter to suppress criminal evidence against Joe Biden just a month before the election in 2020.
