Objectivity 4.7 | Credibility 4.6 | Relevance 4.7

A transgender male was recently charged with indecent exposure in a female locker room at a YMCA in Xenia, Ohio. Darren “Rachel” Glines has had at least three accounts of indecent exposure in a women’s locker room, including when some underage girls were present. A woman with her two teenage daughters reported the incident but was informed by the YMCA director that Glines could not be kept out the the women’s facilities as per Xenia City Council President William Urschel.  The YMCA of Greater Dayton said that it adheres to Ohio anti-discrimination laws and that “under no circumstance will we investigate an individual’s birth identity and then assign individuals to locker rooms.”
