GA Child Sex Abuse/Pedophile Ring Case: Adoptive Fathers In Pre-Trial Detainment

Objectivity 4.8 | Credibility 4.8 | Relevance 4.8

In Walton County, Georgia, William and Zachery Zulock, same-sex adoptive couple of special needs brothers, are facing a 17-count indictment as co-defendants for allegedly committing various child sex crimes against their sons.  They are in pre-trial detainment in separate facilities under maximum security “due to the nature of the charges.”  The Zulock’s legal counsel, John E. Haldi, has filed a special demurrer and motion to annul the 17-count indictment, but DA Randy McGinley has filed a motion to disqualify Haldi and moved to sever the Zulocks at trial so that he can call upon each one as witnesses in separate trials. They are due to appear in court before Judge Jeffrey L. Foster for a motion hearing on February 1.
