On Wednesday morning Bank of America customers reported money missing from their accounts without any explanation. According to NPR, people who used the digital platform Zelle also reported money missing from their accounts. Zelle claimed that the issue was with the bank and referred people to Bank of America’s customer service team. “The Zelle App & Network are up & running,” Zelle Support tweeted. By 3:00 PM EST Bank of America claimed to have resolved the issues.
