The four brothers from Utah who filed the case Brunson v. Adams have experienced repeated setbacks in the federal courts, however, they remain steadfast in their pursuit of justice regarding the 2020 presidential election. In the case, the brothers allege that all members of Congress committed treasonous acts by failing to investigate claims of election fraud and should be removed from office. Former Vice President Mike Pence is also named in the suit as he presided over the Senate and did not comply with Trump’s demand to stop the electoral counting. The brothers said they intend to file a petition for reconsideration with the U.S. Supreme Court, according to their website.
