Hunter Brown, 21-year-old sophomore and football player at the U.S. Air Force academy, suddenly collapsed on his way to class Monday and died.  Lt. Gen. Richard M. Clark, U.S. Air Force Academy Superintendent said, “The entire U.S. Air Force Academy mourns his loss, and our hearts and condolences are with his family, his squadron, and all who were touched by this incredible young man.”  Emergency services arrived on the scene and tried unsuccessfully to resuscitate Brown.  Presently the Air Force and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the incident.  The cause of death has not been released.
