Brazilians rallied in support of current President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on Monday. The rallies come as a direct response from citizens to protests held on Sunday by supporters of former president Jair Bolsonaro. About 1,500 people have been held over the protests in the capital Brasília, where a crowd broke into the buildings of Congress, Supreme Court and the presidential palace. Mr. Bolsonaro is currently in the U.S. and was admitted to a hospital in Florida due to abdominal pain.
