Two more people have been executed by hanging by the Iranian government in connection with the ongoing protests since the death of Mahsa Amini in September. A Revolutionary Court found the men guilty of “corruption on Earth” over the alleged slaying of a member of Iran’s paramilitary police force. The Human Rights Activists’ News Agency (HRANA) estimates that 111 people are under death sentences. HRANA also estimates more than 500 people have been killed and almost 20,000 have been arrested.
