Kari Lake Files Appeals Over Arizona Election Ruling

Objectivity 4.8 | Credibility 4.8 | Relevance 4.7

Kari Lake has filed multiple appeals after Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed her case and ruled that there was no clear evidence of widespread election misconduct in Arizona’s most recent gubernatorial election in which she lost to Katie Hobbs by half a percent.  The first appeal is of Judge Thompson’s ruling. The second filing was to skip the Appeals Court and present the case directly to the Arizona Supreme Court, however, the request was denied. Hobbs has already been sworn in as Arizona Governor despite Lake’s lawsuit and appeals.
