The Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments for a second case challenging the legality of the Biden administration’s student debt relief plan. The trial is based off Myra Brown and Alexander Taylor’s claims that the administration established the loan forgiveness program without notifying the public or allowing public comment. The hearing will be held in February of 2023 for both the first case filed, Biden v. Nebraska, as well as the most recent one, Department of Education, et al, v. Myra Brown, et al.
