German officials continue sharing details of the recent alleged coup attempt in which 24 Germans and 1 Russian national were arrested last week. Also seized were satellite telephones and over 400,000 euros ($422,000) in cash, gold and silver coins. The suspects allegedly planned to enter the German parliament, or Bundestag, and take it by force. There were also plans for hundreds of armed groups to conduct arrests and even executions after the coup. Most of those arrested have been linked to a group called Reich Citizens.
