Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, along with 17 other state attorneys general, have sent letters to UPS and FedEx asking if recently revised firearm shipping policies are being used to provide information to federal agencies. Both companies simultaneously updated their shipping policies requiring Federal Firearms Licenses (FFLs) holders to create three separate shipping accounts for each of the following: firearms, firearm parts, and all other firearm related products.
