Objectivity 4.4 | Credibility 4.8 | Relevance 4.7

House Democrats have elected Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) to replace Rep. Nancy Pelosi as their new House minority leader.  Pelosi announced her retirement after almost two decades of holding the position to make way “for a new generation to lead the Democratic caucus.”  Jeffries is the youngest person, 52, and the first black person to hold a congressional leadership position.
