Two unusual bomb attacks in popular sectors of the outskirts of Jerusalem killed a 15-year-old teenage male and injured 14 others. This attack was “different from what we have seen in recent years,” Israel’s prime minister said. Though no terrorist assembly has taken responsibility for the attack, the Palestinian militant groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad congratulated the executioners for what they called the “operation.”
