Kyiv Mayor Says “Worst Winter Since WWII”

As a result of Russia’s ongoing shelling, Kyiv mayor has stated that Ukraine will face the worst winter in 75 years attributing it to the city’s damaged energy infrastructure.  Vitali Klitschko told the German newspaper Bild, “This is the worst winter since World War II.”  He also warned Ukrainian citizens of possible power cuts which may lead to evacuations in some parts of the capital.
