The Chosen, Christian faith-based series on the life of Jesus, premiered Season 3 in theaters over the weekend, ranking third in box office sales among all movies.  According to Angel Studios, the final numbers totaled $8,687,682 million over the three-day opening of the two-episode theatrical debut.  A report by Deseret News confirmed that a deal with Netflix is forthcoming.
