Biden Agrees to Pay U.N. Compensation for Climate Change

The Biden Administration has agreed for the U.S. to pay into the United Nations fund to compensate other countries that have been affected by climate change.  The New York Times reported, “The United States is willing to accept the creation of a fund to compensate poor, developing countries for climate damage…”  China, responsible for 27% of global greenhouse gas emissions, is eligible to receive from the UN funds because it is classified as a “developing country.”
