Hurricane Nicole Has Caused Two Deaths in Florida

Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed two people were fatally “electrocuted by a downed power line” after Hurricane Nicole’s winds swept the Orlando area.  This is Florida’s first hurricane to take place in November in 40 years, and even Volusia County manager George Recktenwald said, “We have never experienced anything like this before, so we ask for your patience as we make our assessments.”
