The U.S. Department of Defense has refused the request from Ukraine for providing advanced drones, fearing that the drones could exacerbate the Russia-Ukraine War, according to The Wall Street Journal. Pentagon officials told the outlet that they were concerned about the possibility that President Vladimir Putin would consider an aid of drones as a sign of U.S. helping Ukraine attack leaders in Russia. They were also worried that the technology of the drones could be stolen.
