Out of the five states voting on the legalization of marijuana on Tuesday, only Missouri and Maryland passed. This measure will allow citizens of these states over the age of 21 to use cannabis for recreational purposes. Each of the two states have specifications as to the amount allowed for possession. Voters in Arkansas, South Dakota, and North Dakota rejected the measure to legalize the use of recreational marijuana.
