Pennsylvania Democratic lieutenant governor John Fetterman’s campaign filed a lawsuit against state election officials.  Plaintiffs requested a judge to order mail-in ballots be counted even if signed with an invalid or blank date.  ”The date [requirement] imposes unnecessary hurdles that eligible Pennsylvanians must clear to exercise their most fundamental right, resulting in otherwise valid votes being arbitrarily rejected without any reciprocal benefit to the Commonwealth” the lawsuit reads.
