Elon Musk: “the bird is freed”

Objectivity 4.8 | Credibility 4.9 | Relevance 4.8

Elon Musk has taken control of Twitter. His first order of business was to fire three top executives: CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal and Chief Legal Counsel Vijaya Gadd. As part of a lengthy message posted on Twitter, Musk wrote, “The reason I acquired Twitter is because it is important to the future of civilization to have a common digital town square, where a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner, without resorting to violence.”  It is unknown yet how Musk will address those who have previously received lifetime bans on the platform, most notably President Trump.
