The global property data and analytics provider, CoreLogic, declared its latest estimated rate of damage and losses caused by Hurricane Ian is between $41 and $70 billion. Tom Larsen, senior director of hazard and risk management for CoreLogic said, “The key reason Hurricane Ian is so economically destructive is due to the massive growth in coastal real estate in Florida.”
