Iran Opposes Foreign Intervention Amidst Widespread Protests

Iran summoned the British and Norwegian ambassadors amidst ongoing protests sparked by the death of a woman under police custody.  Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old woman, died in police custody after the morality police caught her in Tehran earlier this month for wearing her Islamic headscarf improperly.  Protests over her death have spread across 46 cities, towns and villages in Iran, including the capital, Tehran.
