Mark Levin Suggests FBI Agents Violated Espionage Act with Photo of Sensitive Documents Found at Mar-a-lago

Objectivity 4.0 | Credibility 4.6 | Relevance 4.8

Mark Levin suggests that FBI agents possibly violated the same federal law they have accused Donald Trump of —the Espionage Act.  A photo of strewn classified documents on the floor of Trump’s office in Mar-a-lago were included as evidence in a Justice Department court filing raising questions if the documents were actually found on the property or staged.  Staging the sensitive documents for an evidentuary photo that will eventually be released to the public via a court filing occured is a “grossly negligent use of classified documents” and should itself be prosecuted under the Espionage Act, according to Levin.
