Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid announced on Monday they are dissolving the Knesset, putting an end to their coalition government.  The move means that the country will have national elections in October, its fifth election in three and a half years.  The decision transfers power to Lapid, but opens the door for former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to come back to office.
