Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told Joe Biden Ukraine does not agree with the U.S. assessment of an imminent Russian invasion. Zelensky said Biden needs to calm down the messaging because it is bringing panic that could later bring economic hardship to Ukraine. Top Ukrainian military leader Oleskii Reznikov said, “As of today, there are no grounds to believe [Russia will invade].”
