Last month the Israeli Defense Force conducted several airstrikes against Iran-backed military groups in Syria. Although attacks by Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iran-backed militias remain an issue, Iran’s nuclear program is Israel’s greatest threat. Western nations sit at the table with Iran to negotiate, but Israel is ready to use force against the Islamic Republic if necessary.
