Arizona, Texas, Florida, and two groups of Republican-led states have sued to block the Biden administration’s recent COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Biden issued an Executive Order last month that requires all federal contractors to get the vaccine. The Executive Order included millions of private businesses. Ten states unified and filed one lawsuit with a federal district court, stating that the Executive Order violated several U.S. laws, the separation of powers, and the 10th Amendment by requiring contractors to get vaccinated.
