Sudanese military forces seized Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok and are holding him in an undisclosed location. Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan stepped in and declared an end to the Transitional Sovereignty Council and that 2022 elections would take place in 2023.
