The San Francisco In-N-Out Burger location has joined the ranks of the many businesses and individuals pushing back against strict citywide Covid-19 vaccine mandates. After health inspectors found out that the restaurant was not asking customers for proof of vaccination before letting them dine indoors the city of San Francisco temporarily shut down the historic California city’s only In-N-Out restaurant. Since the shutdown, the restaurant has reopened its drive-thru.
