There is a law in Loudon County that states that school safety incidents have to be reported to the public, which holds school superintendents personally liable for violations. Public schools in Loudon County have been found that they were not doing that for several years. This knowledge has come in the wake of the scandal at one particular school there involving a rape in a bathroom that was never evidently reported.
